The truck was too big for the main entrance so he had to come across a vacant lot from the main road.
Our first glimpse of the Bible shipment! What a blessing!
The first box comes off.
The boxes had to be off-loaded so the crane could remove the container from the truck.
An assembly line was formed to get the work done in the least amount of time. It still took several hours to unload and reload.

We even used a long plank to speed up the process. We slid the boxes down to a catcher below.
The crane driver "said" he could lift it partially loaded. After 2 tries with different amounts of boxes left inside, the driver conceded and said that his crane would not lift it unless it was empty.

Finally... Lift-off!

The empty container was placed on the ground as the truck drove out from under it.
Then it was loaded onto the crane's back.
From there it was guided to sit alongside an existing building.
Large wooden blocks were placed underneath to keep it off the ground.
Then the reloading began.

This little man was a big help. He carried 1-2 boxes of Bibles at a time.
The last box is loaded!
The doors are securely closed and locked until we can return for our first load to distribute. God is good and His Word is perfect!
